The Olympia School District is thankful for those who submitted applications to join the Long Range Facilities Master Planning Advisory Committee and grateful for the willingness and generosity of their time to contribute ideas about our facilities. The district is fortunate to have representation from across the district as well as the community in the applicant pool and a healthy number of individuals ready to engage in the process.

Flag Lowering 12/30/24 - 1/28/25
Governor Inslee is deeply saddened by the death of Former President Jimmy Carter, 100, and pursuant to the attached Presidential Proclamation, hereby directs that Washington state and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff immediately, for a period of 30 days from the day of his death, December 29, 2024, in honor of his memory.

The Olympia School District’s Language Access Plan affirms Board Policy 4217 and 4218 and their accompanying procedures, which support establishing effective, two-way communication between the school district and family members with limited English proficiency, and promote access for such families to programs, services and activities of the District.
