The Olympia School District Board of Directors welcomes your interest in our school district.

The public is encouraged to attend school board meetings, and a time is set aside for public comment near the start of each regularly-scheduled meeting. Meeting agendas outlining the topics the board is scheduled to discuss or take action on are available at every board meeting and in advance on the district website.

Individuals wishing to speak at a school board meeting are invited to sign up on a computer located near the entry to the meeting. Speakers are called forward by the board based on the order in which they signed up. Each person is allowed three minutes to share their comments at the microphone. The board does not directly respond to public comment.

Citizens may also contact the five board members via their OSD email, or by phone. View Olympia School District Board of Directors contact information.

If a citizen has a question about a school-specific issue, staff member or student, it is appropriate to begin that dialogue at the school or district office level with the principal or district leader. Contact information for all schools and district departments is posted on this school district website. If a citizen continues to have a concern, they are encouraged to contact the Superintendent's office at 360-596-6117.
