The Olympia School District Board of Directors has scheduled a regular board meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2023 livestream and in-person in the boardroom.
Building hours are from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday. Doors will reopen at 6:20 p.m. for the meeting.
Update: The OSD Classified School Employee of the Year recognition has been postponed to a later date.
Note: We will admit people to the building starting at 6:20 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis based on building capacity. A stanchion will be set up outside of the main entry door at 5:30 p.m. that will include a sign “Board Meeting Line Begins Here.” We will form a line in front of the doors leading to the Knox Administrative Center reception area on the second floor of the building.
As always, attendees are also welcome to attend virtually via Zoom, and a recording of the meeting will be posted to the school district’s website and BoardDocs within 48 hours after the meeting concludes.

The Olympia School District Board of Directors welcomes your interest in our school district. The public is encouraged to attend school board meetings, and a time is set aside for public comment near the start of each regularly-scheduled meeting.
The Superintendent’s Office will accept sign-ups for the public comment list from 8 am - 4 pm the day before the regular board meeting, which is usually scheduled the second and fourth Thursdays of each month unless noted otherwise (holiday). Sign-ups to comment in-person or via Zoom will only be accepted through this sign-up process.
The final list of public comment participants will be posted the evening before the meeting in BoardDocs on the specific meeting page in the “Opening” and "Closing" category under the Public Comment section.
