Pursuant to notification from the White House, Gov. Jay Inslee directs that Washington state and United States flags at all state agency facilities, including schools and support buildings, be lowered to half-staff in honor and remembrance of United States Senator Dianne Feinstein.
Flags will remain at half-staff through close of business or sunset on the day of interment Thursday, October 5, 2023.
