Regular Board Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on March 23
The Olympia School District Board of Directors will hold a regular board meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2023, live stream and in-person in the Boardroom.
Normal business hours are from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Doors will reopen at 6:20 p.m. for the board meeting.
Special Event - Public Notice
The Olympia School District Board of Directors have been invited to attend an art exhibit open house on Thursday, March 23 from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. at the Knox Administrative Center. Two (2) or more board directors will be in attendance. No business will be conducted. The open house hosted by the district Art Program is by invitation only.

The Olympia School District Board of Directors welcomes your interest in our school district. The public is encouraged to attend school board meetings, and a time is set aside for public comment near the start of each regularly-scheduled meeting.
The Superintendent’s Office will accept sign-ups for the public comment list from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. the day before the regular board meeting, which is usually scheduled the second and fourth Thursdays of each month unless noted otherwise (holiday). Sign-ups to comment in person or via Zoom will only be accepted through this sign-up process.
The final list of public comment participants will be posted by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting in BoardDocs on the specific meeting page in the “Opening” and "Closing" category under the Public Comment section.
