Special Recognition at 6 p.m. and Regular Board Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on February 23
The Olympia School District Board of Directors will hold a regular board meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2023 livestream and in-person in the Boardroom.
A special recognition will be held prior to the board meeting at 6 p.m. to celebrate the Teacher of the Year. These are public meetings and the community is welcome to attend.
Normal business hours are from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Doors will reopen at 5:50 p.m. for the recognition.

The Olympia School District Board of Directors welcomes your interest in our school district. The public is encouraged to attend school board meetings, and a time is set aside for public comment near the start of each regularly-scheduled meeting.
UPDATE - PUBLIC COMMENT SIGN-UP PROCESS: Effective February 8, 2023
The Superintendent’s Office will accept sign-ups for the public comment list from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. the day before the regular board meeting, which is usually scheduled the second and fourth Thursdays of each month unless noted otherwise (holiday). Sign-ups to comment in person or via Zoom will only be accepted through this sign-up process.
The final list of public comment participants will be posted by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting in BoardDocs on the specific meeting page in the “Opening” category under the Public Comment section.
