The Olympia School District Educational Programs and Operations Replacement Levy passed with a 70.86 voter approval, according to final certified election results.

The Olympia School District Educational Programs and Operations Replacement Levy is passing with 70.62% voter approval.
Initial election results released on election night February 11 showed 69.65 percent of “yes” votes for the levy out of 14,380 votes cast. The following day, the total votes reached 17,452.
The next ballot count is expected to released by 4 p.m. on February 13.
“We are grateful to the voters of Olympia for supporting the students, staff and families of the Olympia School District,” says Superintendent Patrick Murphy.
The local levy pays for nearly 17 percent of the district’s overall operating budget.
