Dear Olympia School District families and staff,
We are excited to share that our new student information system, Skyward Qmlativ, is now live! Qmlativ will serve as the district’s hub for student information, including enrollment, grades, schedules and more.
Beginning Tuesday, August 19, 2025, the following features in Skyward Qmlativ are available:
- New Student Enrollment: For families new to OSD who have never had a student enrolled.
- Family Access: For families that have previously attended OSD or are already enrolled for the upcoming school year.
- Student Access: For OSD secondary students.
New Student Enrollment for families that have never attended an OSD school can be found here. Existing families can log in to their Skyward Qmlativ Family Access account and click on the tab labeled ‘New Student Enrollment’ to enroll a new student (who has not previously attended an OSD school).
Existing families can log in through Skyward Qmlativ. If you’ve used Family Access before, you can sign in with the same username and password. You should also have received an email from Skyward Qmlativ with your login details. If you need help signing in, please contact our Student Information Systems (SIS) Department.
Currently, access is limited to select staff members, as well as secondary students and their families. An email notification will be sent to all staff once full access is available.
