Facility Use Requests
Facility use requests are now processed through a web-based operations software called MasterLibrary. Community and district users alike can request the use of facilities via this tool. Once you have submitted a facilities use request, your request will be routed to the appropriate staff representative to confirm the availability of the space you've requested.
*Please be advised that any and all requests are subject to modification or cancellation if the school needs to use their facility.

If you observe an unsafe condition at one of our schools or buildings after regular business hours (broken window, unlocked gate or door, free-swinging arm gate, etc.) please call our Facilities Emergency Line: (360) 596-8575.
Please remember to be respectful in and around the neighborhoods that house our school communities. Try to park in appropriate public parking areas and pick up your trash. Let's set an example for our students to follow, thank you!

All facilities use requests are subject to hourly rental rates, based on the type of organization requesting facility use (Levels 1-4, detailed below).
Custodial costs are charged at a flat rate of $57/hour per custodian for all user groups outside of normal work hours. A minimum 3-hour charge will be assessed for weekend and holiday use. We will have at minimum 1 custodian per 150 people. All custodial hours are billed based on the actual clocked hours not the reservation times.
Kitchen staff are required anytime the kitchen at any school is used for all user groups. Kitchen staff costs are charged at $40.00 per hour.

- D: Commercial Ventures and other groups: Profit making groups.

*Deposit is for 3 days of rental. Longer events will be charged at 1 ½ times the regular rental fee for the full event. PAC rental fee includes 1 day of rehearsal for 4 hours. Longer practices will incur the hourly rental rate. Group is still required to pay all other hourly rates for the rehearsal. (i.e. custodial, PAC manager etc.) Deposit will be applied to final balance. If group cancels within 2 weeks of their event they will forfeit their deposit. Deposits can be rolled to a different date is event date is changed at least 7 days before the event. Times CANNOT be adjusted within 5 days of the event. If school is cancelled because of weather event will also be cancelled. Event can be rescheduled for another date or full refund will be issued. All rentals are per hour except PAC Deposit. -

- Get a key card request form, print and complete it. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must also sign the form. Middle & High School students only.
