2025-2035 Long Range Facilities Master Plan
The Capital Planning and Construction office steered a Planning Advisory Committee over the course of the 2024-25 school year. Committee members were challenged with developing a Long-Term Facilities Master Plan for the district in conjunction with a consultant team, staff and comunity members. This was a comprehensive effort that looked at current school capacity, future enrollment projections, existing facility conditions, the District's educational vision and prioritization of facility needs.

OSD Long-Term Enrollment Forecast
Olympia School District Policy 6900 requires review of existing and projected enrollment as part of developing a facilities master plan. Enrollment forecasts help the District assess future facility capacity needs and address facility deficiencies. The following enrollment forecast was created by BERK Consulting for the 2025-26 to 2033-34 school years.
Enrollment used for this report is student headcount. It will differ from enrollment used for staffing and operations, which uses student full-time equivalents (FTE).
2026-2031 Capital Facilities Plan
This is a six-year plan that is updated annually in October.

The Olympia School District has transitioned our Small Works Roster to the Municipal Research Service Center (MRSC) Rosters shared online database. To continue to be eligible to work on small public works projects with the OSD, please register your company with MRSC Rosters.
Any previous Small Works Roster applications previously submitted cannot be used. You must re-apply online.
