Visitors to Knox Administrative Center
Knox building

Visitors are welcome at the Knox Administrative Center; however, for health and safety reasons, appointments made in advance are preferred. All visitors must adhere to the following COVID-19 health and safety protocols:

  • All guests must enter wearing a face covering and continue wearing the face covering throughout their visit. Once inside, all guests must complete a COVID-19 attestation, which includes taking their temperature, sanitizing hands and signing in. Extra face coverings are also available at the sign-in table.
  • Whenever possible, please make an appointment prior to arriving at the Knox 111 Administrative Center. The building is open to visitors from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • All visitors, except those with technology needs who have made an appointment with the Technology Department before their arrival, should enter the building at the upstairs reception desk off 111 Bethel St.
  • Once signed in, visitors should stop at the receptionist desk for further directions.
  • The receptionist will ask if the visitor has an appointment and, if so, contact the employee they need to meet/speak with.
  • If no appointment has been made, the receptionist will contact the appropriate department to ask if anyone is available to assist the guest at the front desk.
  • If a guest is entering the Knox Administrative Center for a school board meeting, they will be asked to complete all of the health and safety guidelines above before being allowed to proceed to the board room for the meeting.
