The Olympia School District Board of Directors has scheduled a regular board meeting at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, livestream via Zoom and in-person in the Boardroom.
Building hours are from 8 am-4:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Doors will reopen at 6:20 pm.

The Olympia School District Board of Directors welcomes community interest and encourages the public to attend school board meetings. Time is set aside during each meeting for public comment.
Public Comment Sign-Up Information
- General Public Comments (agenda and non-agenda items): The Superintendent’s Office will accept sign-ups on Monday, July 7, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sign-ups must be submitted during this window and will only be accepted through this process.
- Budget Comments (continuation of the June 26 Public Hearing): The Superintendent’s Office will accept sign-ups:
- Online: Monday, July 7, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. A list of individuals who signed up will be posted in the evening after the 4 p.m. deadline.
- In Person: A sign-up sheet will be available outside the boardroom just prior to the start of the meeting for anyone who wishes to speak on the budget but did not register in advance.
Public Comment List Posting
The final list of public comment participants will be posted the evening before the meeting in BoardDocs, under the “Opening” and “Closing” sections of the meeting agenda.
