As part of providing current technology tools so all students in the Olympia School District are engaged in meaningful and relevant learning, every day, the district uses several web-based software applications and services that are operated not by Olympia School District, but by third parties.
In order for our students to use these programs and services, certain personal identifying information, generally the student's name and district email address, must be provided to the website operator. Under federal law, Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), these websites must provide parental notification and obtain parental consent before collecting personal information from children under the age of 13.

A list of district-licensed sites used in our classrooms, with links to their privacy policies and terms of services, is found below.
