Governor Bob Ferguson has directed that Washington State and United States flags be lowered to half-staff in memory of former Vice President Richard “Dick” Cheney, who passed away at age 84.
Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on the day of interment, Thursday, November 20, 2025.
