The Olympia School District Board of Directors welcomes your interest in our school district. The public is encouraged to attend school board meetings, and a time is set aside for public comment near the start of each regularly-scheduled meeting.
The Superintendent’s Office will accept sign-ups for the public comment list 8 am- 4 pm the day before the public hearing or at the public hearing which is scheduled for Thursday, June 27 6 - 6:30 p.m.
Note: Dependent on the number of people signed up to share comment, it is possible that the board may not be able to hear all comments due to set public hearing time.
The list of public comment participants who have completed the sign-up process from 8 am- 4 pm the day before the public hearing will be posted the evening before the meeting in BoardDocs on the specific meeting page in the “Opening” and "Closing" category under the Public Comment section.
