Supervisor of Maintenance and Operations

- The supervisor oversees and directs the operations of maintenance, grounds, custodial and special support services district-wide.

Maintenance Foreman

- The Maintenance Foreman's various tasks include assigning work orders to the proper personnel, overseeing work and conduct of all maintenance and grounds personnel, assisting other trades as needed and assisting the supervisor in short-term and long-range planning.
HVAC Shop
Craig Deer
- The HVAC Technician maintains the heating/air conditioning and/or refrigeration systems in all District facilities. He is also responsible for repairs, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of the energy management control systems.
Carpentry Shop
- The carpenter performs and completes maintenance carpentry and construction projects. He also repairs roofs and installs building equipment such as cabinets, whiteboards and bulletin boards.
Painter/Glazier Shop

- The painter/glazier maintains an attractive, clean and safe facility through esthetic enhancements, preventative applications of surface coverings and graffiti removal and makes repairs to windows,doors and other glass fixtures.
Electrical Shop
Mike Workman
- The electrician maintains and repairs electrical systems, motors and fans and other electrical fixtures and devices in all District facilities. He is also responsible for repairs or replacement of outdoor lighting.
Plumbing Shop

- The plumber/welder maintains the District's drain, waste and venting systems as well as repair and replacement of plumbing fixtures. He also performs welding for the District maintenance department.
Grounds
Grounds Lead
- The Grounds Lead is responsible for completing all projects and scheduled grounds maintenance in a timely manner, oversees work and conduct of grounds personnel, plans and coordinates summer work and assists other trades as needed.
Grounds, District
Darin Pfaff, Max Schwegler and Charles Caling
- The groundskeeper/maintenance crew maintain grounds areas at all District facilities to insure a safe and esthetically pleasing campus for students, staff and community. They also move equipment and materials throughout the District and assist the maintenance staff as needed.

- The grounds person at OHS maintains the campus and stadium sites in a safe and esthetically pleasing manner and prepares and maintains the athletic areas for all outdoor activities at this location.

- The grounds person at CHS maintains the campus and fields in a safe and esthetically pleasing manner and prepares and maintains the athletic areas for all outdoor activities at this location.
Special Support Services
Laundry

- The laundry person performs laundry-type duties for the Maintenance and Grounds Departments and for the District's secondary schools.
Food Service Drivers

- The food service drivers pick up and deliver food goods to the schools and warehouse the food and supplies.
Courier/Warehouse Driver

- The mail/freight driver picks up and delivers intra-district mail. He also picks up and delivers supplies, materials and freight to all district sites.
