Olympia Regional Learning Academy – Re-Roof & HVAC Upgrades
Work is underway and on schedule for the re-roofing and installment of heat pump units that replaces the boiler system of the Olympia Regional Learning Academy (ORLA) building.

Roosevelt Drop-off / Pick-up Reconfiguration
Construction has begun for Roosevelt ES' pick-up and drop-off zone. The reconfiguration project will help clear up the San Francisco Avenue and Bethel Street intersection during morning student drop-offs and afternoon student pick-ups. The project will be complete in late August.
